Anyhow, my thinking on it is that, assuming that this kit is indeed for Champions League matches – as has been mooted – it’s a bit dark isn’t it?
The players are going to have trouble picking one another out in the corner of their eye with colours like this.
Oh well, maybe it isn’t real after all, although the images with Theo looked fairly convincing, as does this one.
Incidentally, saw a good number of the white away tops on Saturday at Barnet, and Arsenal played in the controversial kit, even if there was no colour clash with Barnet. Despite the resistance to a white shirt, I get the feeling that it will still prove a popular purchase in the shops.
As for red and blue hooped one, I could see that one being a bestseller too, because, let’s face it, there are a lot of people who will buy anything that Nike put out in the name of Arsenal…
