Do you know the Gooner arrested for defending himself at Spurs last Saturday?

Spurs fans: About to drag their knuckles down the High Road

The Gooner has been contacted by an Arsenal fan who was at the victory over Tottenham last weekend.

His email reads as follows -

Not sure how to go about this, but I attended the game against Spurs on Saturday and was coming out of the ground when a Spurs fan attacked an Arsenal fan wearing the red and blue third shirt just as we got on to the High Road.

The Police arrested the Arsenal fan after he defended himself.

I was just wondering if you could put this up on your site, in case the Met Police are charging him. I would gladly go to court as a witness as I was standing next to the Arsenal fan and could see it was self-defence.

So there you have it. If you were that fan (or know him), and the police are prosecuting, then email us at The Gooner. [email protected] is the address to use. We’ll forward your details to the witness and hopefully justice will be done.
