The fifth Gooner podcast is now online. The usual two ways of hearing it. Either click here to open up our podcast menu page or read on for the iTunes option.
Okay - iTunes. Launch your iTunes and then click ‘Podcast Directory’ at the bottom of the window.
Once that opens, hit ‘power search’ under the ‘quick links; section on the right.
Next up. Just type ‘gooner’ into title field and then hit the ‘search’ button on the right.
Lo and behold, there it is. Click on the icon and you will be presented with all four of our podcasts available for downloading.
Don’t go looking for it in the sport section. I am a bit of a luddite, but apparently there is some commercial element involved in getting featured on iTunes where the casual browser might discover you so people who know about this kind of stuff are looking into that. So for now, the only way you can locate us is through the podcast power search.
Thanks to Lord Ashburton, Marc, Steve, Liam, Mark, Mike and Rob for their various contributions.
Number 6 will hopefully be online before too long, to tie in with the next issue of The Gooner coming out in the latter half of November.
In this edition, our podcast panel of the (returning) Highbury Spy, Marc Ollington and guest RedAction’s Mark Brindle discuss varying kick off times, will Theo Walcott make the grade at the club, the atmosphere at Ashburton Grove and fan protests against takeover bids. Plus the usual mix of songs and a sketch.

Happy listening!
