The football world was left in turmoil today due to the treatment heaped upon Ashley Cole by a few thousand fans during the World Cup qualifier between England and Kazakhstan.
One father who brought his two young children to the game only to leave early in disgust, said, ‘It was an utter disgrace. I had to take my young sons away from the area where some of the England supporters were booing’.
Choking with emotion, he revealed, ‘The poor lads were in tears - they couldn’t believe it and I just haven’t got the words to make sense of it all. I can only hope the experience doesn’t leave them affected for the rest of their lives.’
Clearly angered by the whole episode, the distraught parent went on, ‘All I can say is I hope the so called England supporters who spoiled it all take a long hard look in the mirror and change their attitude at the next game. As my youngest rightly said: Cole’s a little s**t and all of us should have booed.’
The little s**t was unavailable for comment yesterday due to the lengthy time it takes him to count his appearance money.
